Biography
I pride myself on getting to know my clients and building a strong, long term relationship with them, helping them make an informed lending choice, both now and in the future.
I spent the first three decades of my career working in commercial lending for the Commonwealth Bank.
This experience has given me knowledge and insider insight into the lending process and is extremely beneficial to my clients when navigating the mortgage maze.
During my time at the bank I was also a Senior Relationship Executive, and it was here that I gained my appreciation for the importance of customer service.
I live and work out of Mandurah but, due to my specialised knowledge, I service clients all over WA, around Australia and overseas.

I am a member of a number of maritime associations and clubs.
President of Mariners Cove Residents Association (2008-2012).
Vice President of Mariners Cove Residents Association (2012 - current).
Vice Commodore of Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club (current).
Volunteer Co-ordinator of the Mandurah Boat Show (2011 & 2012)

Biography
Hi I’m Nicky and my sole aim is to make your refinance deal as easy for you as possible. I hear so many stories of people who have had bad experiences with obtaining their loan.
I suppose it was in my DNA to be involved in finance at some level as my father Greg has been in the finance industry for almost 50 years and he is the Principle at Choice Home Loans here in Mandurah.
My relaxed approach to getting your loan is considered by some to be a bit off the wall, as I like to be flexible and fit in with your availability, so we could actually be filling in forms in my office or in your kitchen,in fact anywhere that suits you will suit me.
I have concentrated on refinance loans and consider myself an expert in this niche pocket of finance and having concentrated on this area for many years I am able to present your application in the best possible light. You know the old saying, you only get one chance to make a good first impression.
